SHIPPING INFORMATION
FREE 3-5 Business Days Shipping for all domestic orders over $175
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and are shipped within 3-5 business days. Items are shipped through the USPS or UPS.
Shipping rates are a flat fee of $8 for orders less than $175. Expedited shipping is available for a flat fee of $20.
Tracking numbers will be e-mailed with shipping confirmation.
If the address provided is incorrect and undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage fees that are incurred. A flat rate $10.00 shipping cost will be charged to the customer to re-deliver the order with corrected shipping address. Shipping will not be refunded.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery for orders over $49 within 5-mile radius of 33326 for orders placed during business days by 2pm EST.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24 hours of the time of your order.
Business days means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not deliver on Saturday or Sundays.
ORDER PICK-UP
Same day pick-up available for orders placed during business days by 2:00 pm EST.
An estimated pickup time will be provided to you once your order is placed.

RETURN POLICY
Please send email to: info@musaboutique.com to initiate a return. We will gladly accept merchandise that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed with tags still attached within 7-days of delivery of your order for exchange or store credit. Read below for details and applicable conditions.
All items purchased using a Promo Code, can be returned for Store Credit only. All items purchased in a "Sale" event can be returned for store credit only. All items purchased from the "Clearance Sale" section are Final Sale.
A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the customer, and the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit if you decide to use the label provided by Musa. The return shipping label fee for orders less than $175 is $8.00, which will be deducted from your store credit. The return shipping label fee for orders of more than $175 is $12.00, which will be deducted from your store credit.
For exchanges, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the customer, the return shipping label will need to be paid by the customer once we have received the item at Musa and the new exchangeable item is ready to be shipped to the customer.
ALL jewelry and ALL items in the "Accessories" category like hats, bags, throws, handbags, scarfs, bandanas are final sale.
Please allow up to 5 business days from receiving your return to process your store credit.
